Wellspring Staff Covenant

As disciples of Christ, we covenant together to work as
a team in shared ministry, to model Christian unity, and
to share a vision for Wellspring in ministry to the
congregation, community, and world.

to see ourselves as colleagues in shared ministry, who work as a team;
to practice open and on-going communication with everyone;
to stay informed abouteach other's duties, responsibilities, and objectives;
to advise, aid, and assist one another;
to encourage individuals to meet directly with the appropriate staff person(s) with questions,, suggestions, concerns, and/or praise;
to support and affirm each other to church members;
to encourage congregational trust in each staff person, even as we trust each other;
to give high priority to our times togther, working to make them quality time;
to pray for one another.
