Wellspring United Methodist Church,
To Care ... As Jesus Cares

Cindi Eicher, Director of Programs

Cindi is Wellspring's Director of Programs, overseeing Christian Education, Sunday School, Nursery, Fellowship, Outreach and Youth Group. Her past experiences in programming and working with youth provides a strong foundation for sharing her talents with Wellspring.

Originally from the Daytona area, Cindi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Adaptive Physical Education from the University of Florida and master's studies in Administration in Recreation from Old Dominion University.

Her family instilled in her a strong belief in God, and the value of consistent church attendance and service to the church. Her spiritual journey includes working as collegiate staff for retreats where students were challenged to lead Christ-centered lives. Cindi is a member of Cross Purposes, Wellspring's Contemporary Christian Band, where she uses the keyboard skills she developed during childhood organ lessons. She has also served Wellspring as a Liturgist and Trustee.

A Williamsburg resident since 1986, Cindi's career path has spanned multiple sectors of the community, including adjunct professor at The College of William & Mary; store manager of Blue Ridge Mountain Sports; Program Director of the Jamestown 4H Educational Center; and social work assistant with James City County's STRIVE program. Cindi was led to join the Wellspring staff by a genuine desire to give back to the church, glorify and honor God, and to use her spiritual gifts and life experiences for His purpose. Her organizational skills, enthusiasm and charismatic leadership are valuable assets for the Wellspring community, and we are blessed to have her talents.
